I will not use any data you give me for anything other than the reason stated.

When you sign in on the windows live site by clicking on the large button on the status icon creator home page, all this site gets from the windows live site is a string of letters and numbers; I don't get any email addresses or anything that I can identify you by.

The status images based on data pulled from the windows live servers, data which is not stored on this server.

Please also bear in mind that you are not signing in on this website. Think of it as this website asking Windows Live for your ID number, but you have to sign into let this site recieve the ID.

The Xfire status image creator is the same, the only thing you put in is your username, and you get back out a status based on data collected from the xfire servers.

The data is not retained or cached on the server, it is pulled again every time the image is requested.
